CCC provides support and services to every participant with focus on optimising their privacy and dignity, meeting their individual needs and achieve targeted outcomes.
It is our responsibility to help empower participants to engage within their communities, to gain confidence in making their own decisions whilst ensuring they are in a safe environment with support on hand ready to assist. The CCC team are passionate and committed, we go above and beyond what is expected. We understand the importance of being culturally sensitive to those we care for, ensuring fun is had along the way. We believe this is what makes CCC unique. All CCC services are designed to align with your individual goals, we work closely with other stakeholders to ensure we have all the necessary information to provide high quality, personalised care.
Short Term Accommodation : (STA RESPITE)

CCC has respite accommodation (STA) that just might be the right choice for you to escape the routines and pressures of everyday life. When you stay with CCC for respite, our staff will assist you with any medical or specialist appointments you need to attend, we will assist you to visit family and friends with all meals included during your stay. We engage with you in activities of your choice, whether it’s shopping, watching movies, pool sessions or relaxing around our tropical compound, the choice is yours. Our respite service is a great opportunity to trial our services if you’re looking for SIL options or you can just visit and enjoy leaving our accommodation feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on new challenges.

Support Independent Living: (SIL HOME)

CCC understands that one of the most important factors for people with disabilities is having the freedom and opportunity to live semi-independently with on-hand support available. Our property is fully furnished, well maintained, clean and located close to shopping centres and other community and transport facilities that participants may need to access. If you are looking for SIL accommodation, we will assess the personal needs, goals and mobility requirements that will best suit you.
Community Access

These services are vital for participants to ensure they can access and engage within their local community. At CCC, daily and weekly programs are in place such as hunting, fishing, weaving and night fellowships with family members and a community as a whole . It can include visits to friends and family. CCC works with you to organise and design the activities you need, to align with your goals. We can help make these routines easier and help you stay connected, not only to services but to their communities and homelands as well.
Enabling Personal Activities

Our team members are well trained and qualified in supporting high risk and complex care participants with personal hygiene and engagement during group activities in the centre or community.
Transport, Travel Arrangements & Meals on Wheels

CCC provides transport-based activities such as medical appointments, physiotherapist, and support to attend groceries shopping, job interviews or community funded activities. We also assist in flight bookings such as charters and scheduled flights from Arnhem Land.
Household Tasks

CCC offers support that allows you to stay in the comfort and familiarity of your own surroundings. In-home care helps maintain your independence and adds the extra benefit of having help on hand for any household tasks that you might need assistance with, freeing you up to spend more time on your interests and hobbies. We will work with you to determine what your needs are and how we can best help.

‘Kiko’ has been in the industry for nearly 10 years working with clients in aged and disability care. before transitioning to Carers NT in 2019 where he experienced SIL Home for the first time. It was a natural progression to establishing CPMS in 2021

‘Va’ travelled to the NT with her partner Kiko – and they have worked together gaining the same experience as well as becoming a strong and vital team – a crucial connection that drives CPMS’ success. Her passion is connecting with and supporting the women of the communities she serves
